2017 Bodyweight Bootcamp 1

This is the first Bootcamp of 2017! This weeks list of excercises consist of: 1. Quick Squats 2. Pushup to Downdog 3. Forward Lunges 4. Elbow Plank 5. Mountain Climber 6. Bird Dog. Do each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15 second break in between each exercise.
