Lunge Progressions

This video will go through a progression that I use for lunges. I would not have clients start off with plyo lunges until I see that their reverse lunges are solid first. Reverse lunges will be easiest on the knees, which is why I start with those first. The progressions go like this:

Reverse Lunges -- Forward Lunges -- Continuous forward and backward Lunges -- Plyo Lunges
