2017 Bodyweight Bootcamp 3

This weeks exercises for the workout are:

1. Burpies
2. Mountain Climbers
3. Stationary Lunges
4. Single Step Bear Crawl
5. X-Pattern Toe Touches
6. Squat Hold to Jump

Do each exercise for 30 seconds to a minute with 15 seconds of rest for 3 rounds!
