2017 Bodyweight Bootcamp 2

Here is this weeks Bootcamp! The exercises are:

1. Side to side Bunny Hops
2. Step In and Out Jabs
3. Reverse Lunge with a balance at top
4. Bobcat Plank
5. Running in Place
6. Sit and kick through

Work for 30-60 seconds with a 15 second break for 3 rounds. Enjoy!
